Effective date: 28 September 2026

This policy describes how Choyo Labs (”we”) handles information in the Android game Fly Up: Balloon Protect Game (package com.choyolabs.flyup, “the app”).

Information the app collects

The app itself does not ask for, collect, or send any personal information. There are no accounts or logins. Your best scores, chosen difficulty and sound setting are stored only on your device and are deleted when you uninstall the app.

Advertising (Google AdMob)

The app shows ads using Google AdMob (Google Mobile Ads SDK) and uses Google’s User Messaging Platform to ask for consent where the law requires it (for example in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland). To serve and measure ads and to prevent fraud, Google may collect and process information such as:

This processing is carried out by Google under its own policies. Learn how Google uses information from apps that use its services: https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites

Your choices: you can reset your advertising ID or opt out of personalised ads in your device settings (Settings > Google > Ads, or Settings > Privacy > Ads). Where consent is required, you can change your choice when the consent form is shown.

Rewarded ads: watching an optional rewarded ad gives you one extra life. Watching is always your choice.

Children

The app is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the app, contact us and we will help remove it.

Security

The app does not transmit personal data to our servers. Data processed by Google is protected under Google’s security practices.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, and the effective date above will be updated.
