Choyo Labs built Driving Test NZ Theory as an offline study app. This policy explains how the app handles information.
The app does not collect, transmit, sell, rent, or share personal information or usage data. It has no account system, advertising, analytics, or cross-app tracking.
The app stores your answers, study progress, mock-test results, preferences, and review-prompt history locally on your device so its study features work. Choyo Labs cannot access this information.
This local information remains on your device until you remove it through features provided by iOS, such as deleting the app. If you delete the app, iOS removes its locally stored app data, subject to any device backups you control.
The study experience is designed to work offline. The app does not upload your study activity to Choyo Labs and does not request access to contacts, photos, location, microphone, camera, or other sensitive device data.
After a successful mock test, the app may ask iOS to show Apple's standard App Store rating prompt. Apple decides whether the prompt appears and processes any rating or review under Apple's own terms and privacy policy. Choyo Labs does not receive your identity or the rating you submit through this prompt.
The app is distributed through Apple's App Store. Apple may independently process purchase, download, diagnostic, or App Store information under Apple's Privacy Policy.
The app contains no advertising or analytics services. Its local database software operates on your device and does not transmit data.
This privacy-policy page is hosted by Notion. When you view this page, Notion may process technical information under Notion's Privacy Policy.
Because the app does not collect personal information, it does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
You can remove locally stored app information by deleting the app from your device. Because Choyo Labs does not receive or hold personal information through the app, it normally has no app data to access, correct, export, or delete.
If you contact Choyo Labs by email, your email service and ours will process the information you choose to provide so we can respond. We will use it only for that purpose and retain it only as reasonably necessary to handle your request and meet legal obligations.
